11:49 AM EST - Yellow Media Limited : announced that Marc Tellier will be leaving the position of President and Chief Executive Officer The Board of Directors has appointed a search committee of the Board, chaired by the Chairman of the Board, Robert MacLellan, to undertake the search for a new Chief Executive Officer. Tellier and Yellow Media Limited have agreed that Tellier will remain with Yellow Pages Group until the new CEO is appointed, but no later than August 15, to assist in transition arrangements.
