10:22 AM EST - Ballard Power Systems Inc. : has agreed to sell its automotive fuel cell assets to Daimler AG and Ford Motor Co. for all 34.3 million Ballard shares held by the automakers. The shares will then be cancelled, with Ballard expecting to record an estimated gain on the transaction of $95-million to $105 million. Ballard Power Systems Inc.
