05:16 PM EST - CAE Inc. : said its diversity of operations around the world have allowed its quarterly profits to increase by 25 percent to $38.9 million on higher revenues. The company overcame the impact of the rising Canadian dollar, reporting its second-quarter net income for the period ended Sept. 30 was worth 15 cents per share. That's up from $31 million or 12 cents per share in the year-ago period, when revenue was $280.4 million. CAE Inc.
