11:41 AM EST - Canaco Resources : said it has changed its name to Orca Gold following the acquisition of Shark Minerals. The company added that it will consolidated its shares on the basis of one new share for three existing shares, resulting in issued capital of 106,834,124. Orca Gold is 63% owned by former Canaco shareholders and 37% owned by former Shark shareholders. Canaco will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker symbol "CAN" until Tuesday, April 9, when it will begin trading under the ticker symbol "ORG." Canaco Resources
