05:01 PM EST - International Nickel Ventures Corp. : said it plans to purchase a 100 percent stake in three of FNX Mining Co's Northern Ontario properties. INV will issue 2.9 million common shares, which were worth 95 cents apiece on the Toronto Stock Exchange Monday, to FNX, making the deal worth about $2.75 million. International Nickel Ventures Corp.
shares T.INV are trading up 1 cent at $0.95.
