09:48 AM EST - Rockwell Diamonds Inc. : Wednesday announced a 19% increase in revenue from diamond sales for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2013 compared to the same period last year. The company added that total sales actually declined by 8% to 5,308 carats, but a better overall product mix led to a 30% increase in average price per carat compared to a year ago.
