The Corporation recorded revenues of $33.4 million for the three months ended March 31, 2013, a decrease of $1.8 million, or 5%, from the comparable period of 2012. EBITDAC was $10.3 million, a decrease of $1.2 million, or 11%, from the comparable period of the prior year. During 1Q13 slightly lower revenues, combined with increased costs for wages and salaries, resulted in a decrease of EBITDAC compared with 1Q12. Bonnett's Energy Corp.
