09:47 AM EST - Petrostar Petroleum : said it has accepted an offer to purchase its Lashburn heavy oil property in Saskatchewan. Petrostar added that it is a cash offer of $110,000 from a Calgary-based private oil and gas company. The company voted to sell the property at its Annual General Meeting held on July 7, 2011.
