The Board of Directors approved an increase in the dividend to U.S.$0.165 U.S. per common share from the previous $0.110 U.S. per common share, payable on June 28, 2013 to shareholders of record as of June 20, and to holders of Brazilian Depositary Receipts of record as of June 17.
