05:28 PM EST - Orezone Resources Inc. : has arranged a US$200-million equity offering in Canada and the United States to help finance its acquisition of partner Gold Fields' 60 percent interest in the Essakane project in Burkina Faso. Ottawa-based Orezone said it will issue 166.7 million common shares at US$1.20 each. Orezone Resources Inc.
shares T.OZN are trading down 6 cents at $1.21.
