09:49 AM EST - Nautilus Minerals Inc. : announced that Mawarid Offshore Mining Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oman-based MB Holding Company LLC, completed the acquisition of 82.7 million common shares of Nautilus offered under a rights offering. That amount represents 41.3% of the common shares offered under the rights offering, which was comprised of 200 million shares, priced at 20 cents each. Nautilus Minerals Inc.
