12:43 PM EST - Petromin Resources Ltd. : said it has completed the acquisition of a holding in privately held Terrawest Energy Corp. Petromin and nominee Mega Investment Development Corp. now have 80 percent of Terrawest, which has a significant interest in a coalbed methane development on a 653-square kilometre lease owned by PetroChina in the western Xinjiang autonomous region. Petromin Resources Ltd.
shares T.PTR are trading down 4 cents at $0.50.
