Caputo, formerly chief executive officer of Spar Aerospace and then chief operating officer of L-3 Communications after its 2002 takeover of Spar, "has a proven record of delivering performance and enhancing shareholder value and we are confident that he will bring to ATS the leadership and focus that it needs to move forward in delivering value to its stakeholders," chairman Neil Arnold stated.
