11:55 AM EST - WPT Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust : announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Welsh Property Trust, LLC, the external asset and property manager of the REIT, and certain others, pursuant to which the REIT, through WPT Industrial, LP, will indirectly acquire from Welsh an industrial property for a total purchase price of approximately $53 million U.S. WPT Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust
shares T.WIR.U are trading up $0.10 at $9.70.
