03:54 PM EST - Canada Lithium Corp. : today announced that it has entered into an agreement with certain credit funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management, LLC, to purchase, on a private placement basis, 15,850 convertible unsecured subordinated debentures of the Company which were issued at par at a price of $1,000 U.S. per Debenture for gross proceeds to the Company of $15,850,000 U.S. Canada Lithium Corp.
shares T.CLQ are trading unchanged at $0.53.
