12:43 PM EST - Tembec Inc. : has reported $22 million in net income for the July-September quarter thanks to a $71-million after-tax gain on the translation of foreign debt. Excluding that gain and other non-recurring items, Tembec said it lost $51 million or 60 cents per share, compared with an adjusted year-ago loss of $43 million or 51 cents per share. Tembec Inc.
