03:38 PM EST - Callinan Royalties Corporation : announced that it has signed an investment agreement with Excelsior Mining Corporation and the privately-held James Sullivan Trust whereby Callinan will invest $1 million by way of a non-brokered private placement in Excelsior and $2 million to purchase a 0.5% Gross Revenue Royalty on the Gunnison Copper Project in Arizona.
