03:40 PM EST - Excelsior Mining Corporation : and Callinan Royalties Corporation announced that it has signed an investment agreement and the privately-held James Sullivan Trust whereby Callinan will invest $1 million by way of a non-brokered private placement in Excelsior and $2 million to purchase a 0.5% Gross Revenue Royalty on the Gunnison Copper Project in Arizona.
