11:44 AM EST - Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. : announced that it has offered to sell its 50% participating interest in the Little Deer Joint Venture copper property located near Springdale, Newfoundland to its joint venture partner in the project, Thundermin Resources Inc. The purchase price is $550,000 plus a 0.75% net smelter returns royalty on Cornerstone's proportionate share of all products produced from Little Deer. Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc.
