10:12 AM EST - Domtar Corp. : has won a $38.7-million judgment from the Supreme Court of Canada in its 1989 claim against ABB Inc. and Alstom Canada Inc. over the installation of a boiler. In a unanimous decision, the court ordered ABB and Alstom Canada to pay damages and interest in the lawsuit over manufacturers' liability, latent defects and disclosure responsibility involving the boiler installation at a Windsor, Que., plant. Domtar Corp.
