09:50 AM EST - TransAlta Corp. : and TransAlta Renewables Inc. announced the completion of Renewables' $200-million initial public offering of common shares at a price of $10.00 per common share. The underwriters have been granted an over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional three million common shares at the offering price, exercisable in whole or in part, from time to time, for a period of up to 30 days after closing which, if exercised in full, will increase the total gross proceeds of the offering to $230 million.
