09:47 AM EST - Noka Resources Inc. : said that it has engaged Macquarie Private Wealth Inc., to act as agent in connection with a brokered private placement of up to five million units at a price of $0.15 per unit to raise gross proceeds of up to $750,000. The agent has a 15% over allotment option. Each unit will consist of one common share of the company and one transferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant shall be exercisable to acquire one additional common share of the company for a period of two years at a price of $0.20 per warrant share during the first year and a price of $0.25 per warrant share during the second year.
