10:01 AM EST - Oroco Resource Corp. : announced that it has agreed to extend the closing of Goldgroup Mining Inc.'s acquisition of the Cerro Prieto to August 30. Goldgroup has made a further deposit of $40,000 U.S. to Oroco, in addition to the $100,000 U.S. deposited on July 15, which will be applied against the $4.5-million U.S. initial payment due to Oroco on the closing of the acquisition of the Cerro Prieto project.
