03:42 PM EST - Aveda Transportation and Energy Services Inc. : announced that pursuant to the terms and conditions of its incentive stock option plan, it has granted, in the aggregate, 25,000 incentive stock options to purchase Common Shares of Aveda to certain officers and employees of the Company. The Options are exercisable for a five-year period at a price of $2.60 per share. The Options will vest over three years as one third on each anniversary date of the grant.
