10:16 AM EST - Finning International Inc. : has made a $145-million deal to acquire Collicutt Energy Services Ltd. and its more than 450 employees, with stockholders getting $9.75 a share. The acquisition adds more than 200,000 square feet of operational capacity in Red Deer, Alta., as well as branch locations in Alberta and British Columbia. Finning International Inc.
shares T.FTT are trading up 13 cents at $26.13.
