09:48 AM EST - Midlands Minerals Corp. : said that it has received the balance of the $3.4 million U.S. proceeds from the sale of its interest in the Sian gold project in Ghana. On June 19, the company entered into a share purchase agreement, together with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Harbour Capital Corp., to sell HCC's 130 million shares of Akroma Gold Co. Ltd. to its joint venture partner Sian Goldfields Ltd. for an aggregate purchase price of $3.4 million U.S. Midlands Minerals Corp.
