05:18 PM EST - Genoil Inc. : says it has struck a joint operating deal with Aquamation Inc., a Houston, Tex.-based maker of industrial water treatment equipment, to collaborate in industrial water treatment and process plant projects for the energy and petrochemical industries. Under the deal, Genoil and Aquamation will jointly sell and develop their oil and water separation technologies. In addition, the companies will share revenues and profits for these projects.
