09:46 AM EST - Kaminak Gold Corp. : said it is planning to raise $2.5 million by way of a bought deal private placement financing in a bid to fund drilling on its Coffee gold project in the Canadian Yukon. The company said it has appointed Raymond James Ltd. to lead the underwriting syndicate for a placement of flow through shares priced at 95 cents a share. Kaminak Gold Corp.
shares V.KAM are trading unchanged at $0.90.
