09:48 AM EST - Columbus Copper Corporation : announced that it has entered into an agreement with S2M2 Coal PTY LTD, under which it has granted an option for S2M2 to earn up to a 70% interest in Columbus Copper's wholly-owned Kavaklitepe Gold Project located in western Turkey. Under the Agreement, S2M2 may earn an initial 51% interest in the Property over three years by, among other things, making $400,000 in cash payments of which $250,000 is payable by October 9, and completing $2,500,000 in cumulative exploration expenditures on the Property.
