A. de C.V., Bearing's wholly owned subsidiary, has entered into a Venture Agreement with Newmont de Mexico, S.A. de C.V, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Newmont Mining Corporation allowing Newmont to earn up to an 80% interest in Bearing's 100% owned Pedro Property located near the town of Mapimi in northeast Durango State, Mexico.
