11:45 AM EST - Euromax Resources Ltd. : announced that it has received an additional $1,025,000 in full and final settlement of all further cash payment obligations under renegotiated terms of the previously announced sale of Thrace Resources EOOD which held the mineral rights to the Breznik and Rakitovo projects in Bulgaria. Euromax will retain a 1.5% Net Smelter Return on the first 330,000 ounces of gold and 970,000 ounces of silver produced from the Breznik project. Euromax Resources Ltd.
