10:28 AM EST - Urbana Corp. : is paying US$3.4 million for a stake in Brazil's Bolsa de Mercadorias & Futuros, the largest futures exchange in Latin America. The Toronto-based investment company said it has bought a 300,000-share stake interest in the exchange, a day after its shareholders approved the purchase of 1.4 million shares in NYSE Euronext in a stock deal with the company's limited partnerships.
