12:58 PM EST - Pengrowth Energy Trust : has raised its annual capital spending budget for 2008 by 30 percent to $387 million, including a company record development-capital program of $355 million. The Calgary-based oil and gas trust will spend $281 million on its drilling and completions program and expects to make long-term investments including $20 million for the continued evaluation of its Lindberg oilsands pilot project.
