03:53 PM EST - Erdene Resource Development Corp. : announced it intends to issue, by way of a non-brokered private placement, up to 7,140,000 units at a price of $0.07 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $500,000. Each unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each whole common share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.10 for a 24-month period.
