Funds from operations were $167 million or $0.29 per diluted common share for the quarter ended September 30, 2013, compared with $164 million or $0.29 per diluted common share during the same period in 2012. Net income attributable to common shareholders in the third quarter of 2013 was $223 million or $0.38 per diluted share, compared with $376 million or $0.66 per diluted share in the third quarter of 2012.
