04:28 PM EST - WestJet : says its passenger traffic in November was up 18.3 percent as both the number of seats flown and seats filled during the seasonally slow "shoulder" month increased from last year. The Calgary-based airline says its load factor was 75.6 percent, a record for the seasonally slow month and up from 73.4 percent in November 2006. WestJet
