Highlights: Funds from operations were $42.0 million or $0.35 per share, a 6% increase over the third quarter of 2012. Excluding the impact of the Company's hedging program, funds from operations were $51.6 million or $0.42 per share; Third quarter production was 28,016 boe per day or 7% higher than the third quarter of 2012 and 3% higher than the second quarter of 2013; The Company closed the acquisition of 81 sections of Montney rights in northeast British Columbia increasing the Company's land position to 377 net sections adding 15 TCFE of Total Petroleum Initially in Place bringing the Company's total independently evaluated Montney resource to 91 TCFE as previously reported.
