09:54 AM EST - Manitoba Telecom Services Inc. : today announced that it has entered into a "bought deal" financing agreement with a syndicate of underwriters, led by CIBC and Scotiabank, under which the underwriters have agreed to purchase from the Company and sell to the public 7,150,000 common shares of the Company at a purchase price of $28.10 per Common Share, for gross proceeds of $200,915,000.
