03:50 PM EST - Uracan Resources Ltd. : announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 flow through shares at a price of $0.10 per share for gross proceeds of $1,000,000 and up to 5,000,000 non-flow through units at a price of $0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $500,000. Each non-flow through unit will consist of one common share and one half of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.15 per common share for a period of one year from closing. Uracan Resources Ltd.
