DHX sold 11,183,750 common shares of the Company, after full exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option, at a price of $3.60 per common share, through a syndicate of underwriters led by Canaccord Genuity Corp., for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $40.3 million.
