11:57 AM EST - UrtheCast Corp. : entered into an agreement lead by Clarus Securities Inc. and including Cormark Securities Inc. and Canaccord Genuity Corp. under which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis, 4,545,500 common shares from UrtheCast at a price of $2.20 per Common Share for aggregate gross proceeds of $10,000,100. UrtheCast Corp.
shares T.UR are trading down $0.12 at $2.30.
