Babin has been a director of the Company since December 2010, and during that time has served as a member of the Audit Committee. Prior to this time he managed and was part owner of the operations of the CMD Gold Mine and his insight into the operations and historical performance has provided valuable assistance to the Company since the acquisition of the mine.
