Wu has served as an advisor to the Company on financial matters since 2011. She is a Chartered Accountant with strong working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, Canadian and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and public company reporting requirements. She is currently the CFO for Indico Resources Ltd. and Corvus Gold Inc. Balmoral Resources Ltd.
