04:45 PM EST - Tahera Diamond Corp. : has made conditional arrangements with two major creditors, including a deal for American jewelry retailer Tiffany & Co. to convert some of its debt into a 19 percent stake in the company. Tahera, whose main asset is the Jericho mine in Nunavut, also said that Teck Cominco Ltd., which owns 16 percent of the Tahera's stock, does not intend to take part in an urgently needed issue of new equity.
