11:48 AM EST - Niko Resources Ltd. : announced that on December 24, 2013 it received a notice of conversion in accordance with the terms of the amended and restated 7% senior unsecured notes due July 13, 2014 to convert approximately $0.5 million U.S. of the Notes. The conversion will result in the issuance of 281,897 common shares to a holder of the Notes and the outstanding principal balance of the Notes will be reduced to approximately $9 million U.S. Niko Resources Ltd.
