03:43 PM EST - TransForce Inc. : announced that it has entered into an Arrangement Agreement with Vitran Corporation Inc. pursuant to which an affiliate of TransForce would acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Vitran not already owned by TransForce at a price of $6.50 U.S. per share in cash. The total transaction, including the assumption of Vitran's outstanding net debt of approximately $29 million U.S. at October 31, 2013, is valued at approximately $136 million U.S. TransForce Inc.
