11:36 AM EST - Uranium Participation Corporation : has today entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by Cormark Securities Inc., and including Raymond James Ltd., Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation, RBC Capital Markets and Scotia Capital Inc. pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase on a bought deal basis 9,150,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $5.47 per common share, representing total gross proceeds of approximately $50 million.
