09:49 AM EST - TransCanada Corporation : announced today it has reached an agreement to sell Cancarb Limited (Cancarb) and its related power generation facility to Tokai Carbon Co., Ltd. for aggregate gross proceeds of $190 million, plus customary adjustments.
