05:38 PM EST - Hanwei Energy Services Corp. : has struck a licensing agreement with Concept Management Consulting Private Ltd. to provide high-pressure fibreglass reinforced plastic pipe production equipment and technology for India. Under the 10-year deal, Vancouver-based Hanwei said it gets a one-time licensing fee of C$2.9 million in exchange for equipment and technology. Hanwei Energy Services Corp.
shares T.HE are trading down 5 cents at $5.45.
