Funds from operations for Brookfield shareholders was $3.4 billion during 2013, an increase of 149% from the previous year. FFO in the fourth quarter of 2013 was $1.0 billion, or $1.59 per share. Consolidated net income for the year increased 40% to $3.8 billion, or $3.12 per common share.
